Shipping & Payment Terms
1. Shipping Conditions
We ship your order reliably and carefully packaged within Germany.
Shipping is carried out via DHL or, depending on the type of shipment, by post. Collection in person is not possible; shipping is carried out exclusively to the delivery address you have provided.
For deliveries to other countries, we ask you to contact us before placing your order via our contact form. Shipping options and shipping costs abroad depend on the destination country, weight and scope of the order and will be communicated individually.
2. Shipping Costs within Germany
The following shipping costs apply to deliveries within Germany:
- Shipping by post: €3.00
- Shipping by parcel from an order value of €30.00: €7.90
- Free shipping from an order value of €70.00
The applicable shipping costs are displayed during the order process.
3. Delivery Times
The delivery time within Germany is usually 4–5 working days after receipt of payment or after completion of the order, provided the ordered items are available.
Should delays occur in individual cases, we will inform you as quickly as possible.
4. Partial Deliveries
In individual cases, it may happen that an order is delivered in several shipments, for example if individual items are available separately or are shipped separately for organisational reasons.
You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result, provided the partial delivery is initiated by us.
5. Pre-orders
For pre-orders, for example of CDs, books, limited editions or merchandise items, shipping only takes place from the respective stated release or delivery date.
If your order contains both immediately available items and pre-orders, we will usually ship the order together as soon as all items are available. Should a partial delivery be sensible or necessary, we will inform you accordingly.
6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
- PayPal
- Prepayment by bank transfer
The respectively available payment methods are displayed during the order process.
7. Payment via PayPal
When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal during the order process. After successful completion of the payment, your order will be processed by us and prepared for shipping.
8. Payment by Prepayment
If you select the prepayment payment method, you will receive the required payment information after completing your order.
Please transfer the invoice amount stating your order number. Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
9. Prices
All stated prices include statutory VAT plus the applicable shipping costs.
